I have heard that vit C and peptides or retional will cancel each other out. I have a face wash that contains vit. c but I want to know if using my serums or treatments will be ok. Do I need to buy another face wash.Can vit c and peptides be used together on the face in creams, washes,or serums?
I think it is more of a concern of the two products being present in the same product that causes the problem. Vitamin C is very unstable and can become inactive if combined with other ingredients in the same product. Using different products at different times is alright.
