Face creams and Serums?

Does sanyone know of any drugstore brand creams or serums that really help for firming the skin and stuff of that sort? I have a few but I want to know what other people are using that actually work.Face creams and Serums?
drugstore brand? hmmm, the only drugstore brand i use is walgreens hand lotion, doesnt really do much, especially after you wash your hands, but works ok before you wash it off, like over night. trouble is you want it to stay soft afterwards too, and it doesnt :-(

so...

i think your best bet is to opt for something more costly, since you want firming and not just moisturizing. my mother swears by nivea cream. doesnt do poop for me, though *shrug*.

have you tried olay? dove? neutrogena? roc? hope this helps. :-)

I am 30 and no wrinkles yet..do I need anti-wrinkle creams, night treatments, serums, etc.?

Definitely because wrinkles will start appearing in your 30's. Prevention is the key because once you get them, there is no turning back. I would say use a moisturizer with an spf (at least) because the sun is the #1 sign of visable agingI am 30 and no wrinkles yet..do I need anti-wrinkle creams, night treatments, serums, etc.?
#1 rule for wrinkle-free skin: Limit or avoid sun exposure. I've always worn sunscreen and I look 8-10 years younger than I really am. I'd look even younger if I had just avoided the sun in my youth. Sun damage starts to show at about age 25.

Also, ALWAYS wear sunglasses when you are outside. One summer I lost mine and never got another pair...in just that short period of time, I noticed the first signs of crow's feet. I was 28 years old. Luckily, I've been very careful since and they haven't gotten too much worse.

I wouldn't bother with any anti-wrinkle stuff yet. I would look into a light moisturizer w/a sunscreen for day and a good cream for nighttime. Also, get a product made specifically for your eye area. When you are 35, step it up to anti-aging products. Oil of Olay and Dove have some wonderful products for now and for later.I am 30 and no wrinkles yet..do I need anti-wrinkle creams, night treatments, serums, etc.?
you need to take a deep breath and relax. Remember the difference between pride and vanity? Seriously, why worry about such a simple thing. A mature woman, looks better than a ';young'; one anyday. And at 30, you have a long ways to go before you should be concerned. Watch how much sun exposure you get and enjoy life.
of course you do, you should atleast moisturise!!! and if you do, its not guna harm u using anti wrinkle stuff! it will prevent it, i use anti wrinkle creams and im 19!! be good to your skin, or it will show!!! x
I've always heard using moisturizer before u really need it is the best way to go
It depends on how well your skin is holding up in the sebum department. The wrinkles could very well hit you suddenly if you don't take preventative measures. Just pay attention to how oil production is changing in your skin and adjust your routine to that.

  • Can a face look uglier without using night creams, lotions, serums??

Physically look uglier? Can a face look uglier without using night creams, lotions, serums??
No,if you drink a water enough, sleep enough, no smoking, and you are vegetarian, I think your skin will stay healthy without lotion.

our skin has its own prevention, and its regenerate itself, but skin care/lotion/serum can help it to work better, for example you want to lighten your face, make it radiant or look younger..maybe you need it.. ;-)Can a face look uglier without using night creams, lotions, serums??
Yeah! and I don't know if you really care that much but I am thirteen and I already use anti-aging creams every night it is best to start young before it is too late!
I only use day creams and at night, I let my skin rest....
    yes
    yea!

Overapplication of glycolic acid left burn mark on face: anyway to get rid of (creams, serums, etc.)? Thanks!?

I was using a ';mild'; 30% glycolic product to lessen/reduce acne scarring and overconcentrated on a scar between my eyebrows. Now I have a burn/scar the size of a quarter. I've been treating it for the past two weeks with topical Vitamin E and Vitamin K but still no change. Is this going to be a permanent scar/burn? Or will it fade over time? Better yet, is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? I appreciate any and all recommendations.Overapplication of glycolic acid left burn mark on face: anyway to get rid of (creams, serums, etc.)? Thanks!?
Try using hydrogen peroxide on the area. The body produces cells called fibroblasts and these are what create scars. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down the scar tissue formation and promotes healing of the area. You cannot over treat with peroxide, a couple times a day morning and night lightly scrub the area with a soft cloth or cotton ball soaked in the peroxide and you should see results in a week or so.

Get straight hair using ONLY serums, creams, shampoos, conditioners?

i hate my hair naturally, its wavy and thick and uncontrollable, so i straighten it, this makes it easier to manage and appear thinner, also i like the straight style. i have a straightener, but sometimes i dont have time, and i just wish there was a cream, serum, shampoo, conditioner, SOMETHING that could actually straighten my hair until the next wash. im not talking about SMOOTHING my ahir, im talking about straighteneing it, so the waves are gone, it doesnt have to be flat-iron straight just so there is no waves left..

    PLEASE HELP!

Get straight hair using ONLY serums, creams, shampoos, conditioners?
There is no way to do this, without using a chemical straightener. You should have a haircut that suits your hair type, and use styling products that work with your natural hair.

    Good heat protecting serums/creams/sprays????

I bought a CHI straigthener and I'm going to start straightening my hair more often. Are there any REALLY GOOD heat protectants??? (serums, creams, sprays) Thank you!!!

The 44 Iron Guard from CHI is THE best protecting spray. Try the CHI Silk Infusion to smooth out all flyaways/protect hair from heat.Good heat protecting serums/creams/sprays????

  • How do i keep my hair straight in humidity w/o using serums or creams?

    Well, good luck with that.

The best way without using ';product'; to keep it at least looking straight, would be to pull it up or back. Maybe using a claw clip or a cute pony.

Humidity is really not hair's best friend, especially when you're looking to make curly hair straight. How do i keep my hair straight in humidity w/o using serums or creams?
If you dont mind spending a few bucks, you can get your hair permanently straightened. Its like the opposite of a perm. But, it only lasts until your natural Non-straight hair goes from your roots so you are lucky in this case if your hair grows slow. Prices vary depending on the salon you go to, but expect this to cost about $70 or more? How do i keep my hair straight in humidity w/o using serums or creams?
A good way to keep your hair straight would be relaxing it. It's sort of the same as the perm, but instead of curling, it straightens. You could still straighten you hair with a straightener, but if you did go out into the humidity, it wouldn't un-straighten as much.
Thats pretty impossible I hate to say. My hair never stayed straight, until I bought the latest GHD straighteners. I also use the KMS flat out humidity spray. Hope this helps =] x
impossible .. noboby can make their hair stay straight without using .. serum, hairspray %26amp; straighters

What anti-aging lotions/creams/serums work the BEST that you have used? What anti-aging lotions/creams/serums work the BEST that you have used?
I like Oil of Olay. But like my mom said don't wait until you have wrinkles to use something because its to late you already have them. Use it as a prevention to keep them off. No lie my mom is 63 and I just started noticing she has some wrinkles forming around her eyes and she is 63What anti-aging lotions/creams/serums work the BEST that you have used?
Almost everywhere I have ever read rates Oil of Olay as one of the highest. I also love Dr. Hauschka's, but it's quite expensive. Consumer reports and several beauty studies all say the Oil of Olay Regenerist line is just as good as the more expensive ones out there.

Can vit c and peptides be used together on the face in creams, washes,or serums?

I have heard that vit C and peptides or retional will cancel each other out. I have a face wash that contains vit. c but I want to know if using my serums or treatments will be ok. Do I need to buy another face wash. Can vit c and peptides be used together on the face in creams, washes,or serums?
I think it is more of a concern of the two products being present in the same product that causes the problem. Vitamin C is very unstable and can become inactive if combined with other ingredients in the same product. Using different products at different times is alright.

If you use anti aging creams and serums to much what will the long term effect be?

I guess what I'm saying is if someone uses 3 different kinds of anti aging creams then will they have an opposite effect in the long runIf you use anti aging creams and serums to much what will the long term effect be?
Good question. . .I wonder if all our faces will suddenly sag when we hit 50, because they have stopped working. Hopefully they will come up with a miracle serum by that time to correct it. I am addicted to anti aging creams.

I heard that people with Botox will have problems later on, but I haven't heard anything about the creams. If you use anti aging creams and serums to much what will the long term effect be?
I am sure that if the person has had advice from someone before blending different products.

If they haven't, then there may be issues later.

How much does a person think they can slow down the aging process? Creams alone aren't going to fix the problem anyway, it starts withing each cell before they read the topical areas of the skin anyway.

Raised Cysteine levels will slow down the aging because it is a key player in glutathione developement.

Glutathione is the cells ';shield'; to help it defend against free radical damage, which in turn reduces pre-mature aging inside and out.

I need suggestions on firming creams, serums, or anything that works.?

I will be turning forty next month and I noticed my eyelids starting to sag. I need a firming cream or something that will firm up my face and eyes. Has anyone tried something that you found works really well? I have somewhat sensitive skin, as I am light complected with freckles. I know I am predisposed to early aging and I wear makeup with SPF. All I really need is a new product. Any suggestions will be helpfull.I need suggestions on firming creams, serums, or anything that works.?
There are not any magical creams, serums. Anything you simply apply to skin is going to do very little if anything at all. And many ridiculously expensive designer products have so many skin harming, skin aging toxic ingredients. Some users have reported they have caused itchy, blistery skins, rashes, bumps and even acne.(You can verify with a Google search). This safe treatment gives really good fast results and it's using low cost natural oils. Pure olive oil is excellent. It doesn't harm skin but naturally benefits skin in countless ways, keeps it youthful and is a perfect moisturizer. If you massage thoroughly you will quickly see the results even in one day. Skin will tighten, start to glow and look and feel smoother. You have to tighten and flex the part being massaged and in doing so it exercises and conditions all face (and some neck) muscles whilst skin is being firmed and conditioned by massage. This is the best safest treatment to revitalize and rejuvenate. It's safe to use on wrinkles (see users comments in my B.A). Simply rub them over and over they will quickly start to diminish and even in a day or two they will have greatly diminished. Try it - you and your bank balance will both benefit. For eyelids and under eye there is no better treatment than facial yoga exercises. And they can assist in rejuvenating entire face and neck. See TIME magazine website dated Thursday, April 24, 2008 enter ';facial yoga'; in SEARCH. The ';lion face';will come up.

Click on it and you will see a selection of other ones. All poses have been developed for conditioning and toning of various face and neck muscles and they greatly reduce wrinkling and can reverse face and neck aging. Lion face and a variation - protruding tongue upwards as if trying to touch nose tip with tongue tip are good for eye areas.

i recommend using a good eye cream as well as facial serum - see organic products on http://www.peacehut.com they work very well and are not expensive. i live in florida as well and use the revitalizing eye cream, renewal facial cream, and teh moisture plus with spf 15. all smell of citrus scents, organic, and great for sensitive skin. good luck , best wishes ;vWhat is better for aging, creams or serums?
You don't have to decide between creams or serums I use Arbonne Anti-aging line. it has a wash alcohol free toner face serum, eye cream, day cream, and night cream.the day cream has an spf and its won't make you break out its cleared my face up. its best to find something mineral oil free that you like. and if it burns you face when you put it on you shouldn't be putting that on your face.

I would say middle 20's or 30's depending on the condition of your skin. You should at minimum have a wash, toner, and moisturizer. Arbonne has a line of products that are amazing and they have free samples. All products are botanically based and made from herbs - healthy for your skin and body.

Do you guys know any creams/serums that REALLY work for under eye bags?

i have puffiness under my eyes and tried to get rid of it and cant. im looking for something to buy that will really help tighten the area. i tried ddf erase eye gel from sephora ($45!!) and it did nothing. give me some good ideas please!Do you guys know any creams/serums that REALLY work for under eye bags?
i try to avoid expensive store products because half the time they dont work, and honestly, i cant afford them. I'm 15 how could i ? But i can tell you that no eye cream will immediately take away puffy eyes. Try this : Mash half a banana into clean dry skin and leave it on for 5 minutes. rinse well. the mask will leave your skin feeling baby soft while the potassium in the banana will help erase any under eye circles. try putting a warm cloth over you eyes to improve circulation. A good nights sleep never hurt either.

    good luck;)

What are some good serums or creams that are good to get rid of dark circles?

It's called getting plenty of sleep at night! that's just a known fact. What are some good serums or creams that are good to get rid of dark circles?
Clinique has a cream called All About Eyes...it feels really good too! I use it. I'm not sure what it is in the product that works...I should because I worked for them for 3 years, but all I can say is it WORKS! The reason for dark circles is the skin around the eyes is very, very thin and yet there are still blood vessels all around them. When you get tired or stressed or sick or whatever the case, these blood vessels kind of swell and because the skin is so thin, are easier seen. I do know that AAE has caffiene in it...maybe that wakes up the skin...I don't know lol. Try it out and if you don't see a difference, they offer a 100% refund. What are some good serums or creams that are good to get rid of dark circles?

Honestly, I hate to pay much for skin care but sometimes in life you have to pay, to win. I broke down and got the re9 regime (arbonne) the eye cream, and serum are the best - it does fight aging and circles and bags. Almost instantly. It also comes with a lift which tightens the eye area.

and bi weekly exfoliate.Does anyone know of any creams, serums, etc. to get rid of dark eye circles and those deep lines under the eye?
Here are some tips that may help your dark circles.

    Solutions for Dark circles

    http://www.dry-skin-care-guide.com/dark-鈥?/a>
i know know it feels to wake and stare at yourself in the mirror with those bags and wonder why are they there,is there any cure?
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

    http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11鈥?/a>

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

What is the best type of creams/serums for fine lines?

Do any of the well-known products ';neutrogena, olay'; actually work? What is the best type of creams/serums for fine lines?
Yes, Neutrogena and Olay both work. Olay is better for more mature skin. If you have a Rite Aid around you, try a product that is called Sudden Change. It has green tea in it and it is awesome. What is the best type of creams/serums for fine lines?
Yes! I would say Neutrogena is a bit harsher on the skin, with lots of retinol and AHA. So if your skin is fairly sensitive, I wouldn't go for Neutrogena.

The Olay Total Effects and Regenerist Line are both great. In fact, I use them interchangeably. keeps my skin hydrated and smoothed my fine lines around my mouth.

If you're interested, you can get some free Olay Regenerist samples delivered to your door:

Burt's Bees Radiance Serum with Royal Jelly or Burt鈥檚 Bees Radiance Night Cream with Royal?

I am planning on buying either of the two. My skin is combination type, acne prone, slightly sun burnt. I have tried various products from L'oreal to Neutrogena to get that 'glow' but unfortunately have been unsuccessful. My friend suggested me Burt's Bee to me. So I would wanna know which product is better suited for my skin and which one will bring the radiance quickly. I am in hurry for the glow to come by cuz I am meeting my bf after a long time and would want my skin to 'shine'.Burt's Bees Radiance Serum with Royal Jelly or Burt鈥檚 Bees Radiance Night Cream with Royal?
the night cream is a better so you put it on at night and not on day and skin feels betterBurt's Bees Radiance Serum with Royal Jelly or Burt鈥檚 Bees Radiance Night Cream with Royal?
Do you have combination oily skin or combination dry skin? Because if your skin is combination oily then I would suggest the radiance serum rather than the Night Cream. Night creams are heaver so if your skin is oily it might make the problem worse and give you too much shine.

If your skin is combination dry then Night Cream might be a better choice. However keep in mind the radiance serum doesn't improve your skin right away, it does with continuing use. You might want to check out the Burt鈥檚 Bees Radiance Day cream, it's very moisturizing to give your skin a soft ';dewy'; look but not as heavy as the Night Cream.

Anyone used Hydroderm face creams and serum? Is it any good?

It's expensive, but I got a free sample, and I do like the way it feels on my face. I want to know if anyone has used it long term and seen real benefits, or is it a rip-off?Anyone used Hydroderm face creams and serum? Is it any good?
Yes I received the free sample too (face cream), and I noticed the difference the next day... then one bottle a month became too much cream... I wasn't using it every day (too much work) and slacked off... I cancelled my subscription on their website...

Then I signed up for the eye serum... it did get rid of the wrinkles, but it seemed to puff up my eyes a little (that's how the wrinkles disappeared-it's amazing).. but being that I don't want puffy eyes I cancelled that too... I will definately use it again when my eyes become hollow from old age..lol...

If it contains Hydroquinone it's possible.Hydroquinone is banned in certain places because it's rumored to cause cancer. As long as you follow the directions you fine.the limit is 2% Hydroquinone.Anything higher can be fatal.

Edit:Make sure it doesn't contain mercury either. As long as it doesn't contain those 2 things your fine. Also don't say fu*k America.I love my country.Hate to break it to you but tan is in.Jessica Alba %26amp; Beyonce =Hott. No one likes ugly pale looking like casper the ghost skin.Too pale is not cute at all.I used a whitening cream in the daytime and whitening serum at night..will i get cancer?

  • What is the best way to get rid of aging saggy bags without surgery and eye serums/creams?

you need to drink a lot more water, i have puffy eyes at times, they improve dramatically with a litre or more of water a day. Dont use heavy creams under your eyes, try SBC collagen gel, it is brilliant. I swear by it, but any lightwieght gel/cream will do. water though is the real key. What is the best way to get rid of aging saggy bags without surgery and eye serums/creams?
The best way to do this is to apply cold to the area - this causes bodily reactions in that area of the skin resulting in tightening of the epidermal layer. Applying anything cold will work - ice cubes, cold spoons (as the above poster suggested), frozen used teabags, etcetera. The effect will wear off after a while... but you can keep doing this throughout the day, if you have to.

As of yet, this is the only sure-fire way to reduce baggy eyes without surgery. The eye serums and creams simply reduce the APPEARANCE of bags...

Also try to get about 6-7 hours of sleep every night (this prevents you from looking puffy all day long and decreases the puffiness of the skin around the eyes) and drink plenty of water - sometimes saggy/dark skin around the eyes is due to dehydration. What is the best way to get rid of aging saggy bags without surgery and eye serums/creams?
You can't get rid of aging saggy bags when you're at forty or even earlier if you do a lot of physical and mental work especially when you lack sleep. Surgery is very expensive but the most effective but you don't like undergoing it like me too. That's why creams in serum forms can be better to prevent the early aging but again you don't like using it. Hence, when you are approaching the age of forty, you need to start doing face massage using some olive oil during bedtime. Don't go out under the sun without using your smoke glasses to prevent these wrinkles too and affect your eye bags appear more prominent as you age beyond forty. It's but natural for us to look our age and it will be abnormal also if we face lift or undergo surgery at the age of fifty. Just accept that we need to look old when we really are old. What I can only advise is ';Just delay your aging process by using some creams or oil, daily face massage, eat healthy food, do some exercises and have a positive outlook in life.
cucumber slices will help, its inexpensive and it works really well. slice the cucumber and place them on the loose skin for about 15 mins. do this morning and night and you'll see results soon. good luck. nice name dannicka.its different.
Don't sleep on feather pillows they can cause allergic puffing around the eyes. Make sure your head is well raised in bed to allow the under eye area to 'drain' properly. Slices of cool cucumber from the fridge are great for reducing puffiness, anything cold is good - even an ice cube!
    *Drink plenty of water.

*Make sure you get enough sleep.

    *maybe consider having a microdermabrasion

this is great for gettin rid of fine lines. wrinkles. acne scaring. age spots %26amp; sallow skin.

We recomend a course of 5-10

    hope this has helped. xx
I heard that hemmoroid cream shrinks the bags under your eyes. Check it out.

    1. Don't sleep on your front

    2. Put some spoons in the fridge for a bit then place them on the eye area (morning)

    3. When applying moisturizer masssage the under eye area gently with your ring finger

also i've heard the new olay derma eye pods are good for getting rid of the signs of ageing round the eye

cold tea bags in the morning does help to soothe this particularly sensitive area.
There are face exercises you can do,goggle it I am sure you will find some. A cheap way to plump you skin back up is to use DMAE,on the spots you need it most.Otherwise your only alternative is to get a face lift.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..

Any recomendation for wrinkle cream that really works? or a product? serum? recipe?

i have fine eye, forehead and mouth wrinkles, that i hate. im only 25!Any recomendation for wrinkle cream that really works? or a product? serum? recipe?
Dr Adrianne Denese, a board certified dermatologist out of New York has a incredible skin care that covers all the bases and deals with repair issues at the same time. She wroye a book that is informative and entertaining called ';Ageless Skin'; and I recommend her products VERY VERY much...Just don't buy them online from her website, they are expensive because they really work. But you can get them on ebay for less than half retail cost...the product is called DR DENESE and the basics you needs to see results almost immediately are:

    face serum

daily (tinted with melatonin) moisture w/ spf

    and eye fix

you can add products as you need them depending on your needs, and she has something for everything to do with your skin

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I CAN TELL YOU IS TO AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT EVER WITHOUT FULL STRONG SPF TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN. If you are having trouble at 25, imagine yourself at 44 (my age) and you might listen to me, because at 24 I decided to never tan again, my Mom was 41 at the time and looked like someones Grandma I thought, because of that I have not had a real tan since, and I have barely a wrinkle on my pretty face. i was still getting carded as recent as 4 years ago...so ....I also don't drink , and that is a big part of it I think, but I smoke and sleep badly and alot of other things so the sun is the biggest enemy!! Cover your face always...

To rid the lines you see already, I would try to gently micro dermabrasion them off with a product with a hand tool and crystals, the finer the crystals the better the result. I use Medical grade. I also get on ebay diluted TCA peel (be careful and follow instructions to the letter) once a month to deeper exfoliate the tougher areas that get tougher as I get older...and frankly I look maybe 31/32 at the most?

It is possible, but you must commit to prevention, and then follow through with a proven regimen that you know works for you.Any recomendation for wrinkle cream that really works? or a product? serum? recipe?
If you want a really great product that is not so expensive, you should try Viterol A creme. Its specifically designed for fine wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. It is the herbal alternative to Strivectin.

    http://www.naturalwellbeing.com/anti-wrinkle-eye-cream-p223.cfm

Viterol.A is the first anti-aging aid that contains viatrozene, a new compound that visibly reduces wrinkles and expression lines and significantly improves the over-all skin health. The greatest benefit of Viterol.A is that it is a continuous and safe treatment, the effect of which does not wear off.
I have tried a few anti aging regimes.

I always come back to the re9 system by Arbonne.

I have tried Wexler's but it doesn't work as well. The eye cream, serum, and night cream in the re9 is really great.

Also Booth's exfoliator is great it has natural things to help take away dead skin and help new growth. (It's $12 at Rite Aid).
try mixing fresh carrot juice with bi-carb soda and trecale, apply generously to the wrinkled area leave for 10 mins before rinsing off with icy water. hope this works.

I prefer serums over creams. If they both do the same things it's a matter of preference. Ask at the counter if they have samples of both %26amp; try and buy the one you like better. If the counter doesn't have samples maybe you can contact the company and they can send you samples. Good luck. 2DWhich works better?A cream or a serum?
A serum is a concentrate that addresses a specific concern. After cleansing and toning pat the serum on your dry face. Give it about 10 minutes to penetrate and then moisturize.
    A serum Penetrates better
i like the serum but everyone is different i would try one for a week then try the other that's what i do when i cant make a decision! i hope i helped!

I think it depends on your age - a serum is really great for anti-aging. I'm not sure what you need. Using both really rounds out your skin care routine.
Serums are actually made to boost the performance of creams.

Cream, gel, wax, mousse or serum is best for short hairstyle that鈥檚 frizz-free and non-greasy?

I鈥檓 a guy and I鈥檇 like my hair to be soft (frizz-free), straight and non-greasy. What do you recommend; cream, gel (or spray gel), wax, mousse or serum? What鈥檚 a good brand? Thanks!Cream, gel, wax, mousse or serum is best for short hairstyle that鈥檚 frizz-free and non-greasy?
I'm not a guy, but I my hair style is short and I like to have a soft Spike look. I use ';bedhead'; which I apply after I have shampooed my hair. I don't use a blow dryer, but when my hair is about 1/2 dry, I apply about a quarter size blob that has been rubbed between my palms, and then applied to my hair thoroughly. Then i comb my hair to lay flat against my head. When my hair dries, I can either ';mess'; it up with my fingers, which creates the soft Spike look. I probably have more length to my hair than you do, so you'd probably not need as much goo.Cream, gel, wax, mousse or serum is best for short hairstyle that鈥檚 frizz-free and non-greasy?
well if it's pixie short use Sexy hair concepts ';short sexy hair'; if it's a chin length bob use paul mitchell sculpting foam
well i think moose works but it will make your hair curly and wet looking
    VO5 texturizing gum!

its non - sticky, non - greasy and your hair stays frizz free! i cant live without it!
Super SKinny by Paul Mitchell!! I swear by it! :)
super skinny is good, but it's for making your hair dry faster. that's what most serums are for. wax will make it piecey, and it kind of takes a long time to style. garnier fructis is a really good brand, and they have products that are soft hold, so it doesn't look greasy or anything. i think spray gel or cream is the way to go.

What is better for under your eyes, Cream or serum or both a cream base with gel?

OK so I have been using both and eye gel and I have also tried Aveeno under eye serum, Loreal eye lift that is and under eye cream and gel for your upper lids, and I have also tried just a cream for upper lids and under the eyes?????? Someone told me I should use a gel base with a cream its all mixed together, so I am confused as to wich is better or does it really matter as long as you are using something???????

Thank you! What is better for under your eyes, Cream or serum or both a cream base with gel?
Use Avon ANEW Eye Lift #219-312 it has a gel for the upper lids and a cream for under the eye

Whats a good wrinkle cream or serum?

I am 21 years old and I'm starting to notice the fine lines that start to begin at this age, nothing serious, just minor things that I would like to start preventing from getting worse. Under my eyes is what bothers me the most and I'm also looking for something for the entire face just to keep my face looking bright. I may try micro dermabrasion since they offer it at the salon I work at. But what do you think are the best firming lotions and wrinkle lotions for under the eyes and the face. So far I like prescriptives undereye reconstructive cream, it works almost instantly but you have to keep useing it (i think it just puffs up the eyes a little to hide the lines) but over time you do see a big difference. I'm interested to hear if anyone has seen any real results with drugstore products and make up counter products and how long it took. Just curious.Whats a good wrinkle cream or serum?
Try Retin A/Retinol - it's a powerful wrinkle fighter. It's basically just vitamin A in it's purest form. I use the one by NeoStrata - the night-time one. It's about $30 a tube at the drugstore and worth every penny. You have to be careful, though as a lot of product advertise that they have retin A but don't specify how much. It needs to be at least .015% to be effective. I noticed results within a month and have been controlling my wrinkles for a long time. It's not actually supposed to be used near your eyes but I'm really careful not to get too close and haven't had any problems. Good luck.Whats a good wrinkle cream or serum?

don麓t smoke.don麓t drink too much alcohol.plenty of water and eat healthy.sleep on your back.always moisturize and take make up off.

you can not reverse the done damage just stop it from getting worse and the worse enemy is the sun.also look at your mom and families skin...you may inherit it too.
    ketchup
Here are a couple of little tips

1.Start using a moisturizer that contains at least SPF 20. This will help prevent further damage

    2. For an artificial glow use Clean and Clear morning burst daily glow lotion. Something in it reflects light and makes your skin look very ';glow-ey'; (the reflected light helps mask flaws as well). Another bonus is the fact that it contains SPF too.

    3. Wrinkles form from the breakdown of collagen. There are two big things that help prevent this breakdown.

    A. Vitamin C: Vitamin C is a cofactor in the production of collagen. This means it is essential for the collagen producing proteins in your cells to work. Taking vitamin C orally and applying it topically both will help reduce your current wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming. To apply vitamin C topically you will need to look with products that contain it. Buying PURE vitamin C oil will work great but it is super expensive (about $100)

B.Zinc: Zinc is also necessary for collagen to be produced. You can take a supplement .

    Good Luck!

Hi what is the difference between eye serum and eye cream? ?

eye serum versus eye cream is there any difference?Hi what is the difference between eye serum and eye cream? ?
Serum is gel based-sinks in faster. cream is of course...cream. itll take a little longer. I personally like creams better because i dont feel like it's drying my eyes out.

  • What does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?

i dont no what to get...... serum or night cream? is it nesecary to use one? im 30 years old.

Help........ thanksWhat does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?
Unless your skin is really dry or you have other problems, you probably don't need a serum. A serum is usually a liquid lotion that has a higher concentration of active ingrediants. Alot of serums are also used in ADDITION to creams (you apply the serum for the active ingrediants and then apply the cream or lotion on top to seal it in and provide the moisture). Because they contain more active ingrediants, they are also more expensive! What does a serum do? and whats the difference between night cream?
If ur talking about skin creams, the jar should tell u what the product is supposed to do for ur skin. I would guess it is a moisturizer or anti-wrinkle cream. Night cream usually does not contain sun-screen, of course, where as others for day wear do.

Read the ingredients on the jars or tubes. You should probably use a moisturizer unless u have oily skin. All face products have info on the package as to what it is intented for.
Okay, Syrum is just a fancy name for Cream. Their all the same thing. If you want to get rid of wrinkles i would suggest a homeopathic remedy, something safe, smells really good, and worls fast, the other ones don't tell you but they only fix the surface problems, and don't do anything to whaty's underneath it all.

I think a person should be proud of their skin, hair and appearance, after all, there's only one of you, You don't want to look just like everyone else, and if someone doesn't love you for you their not worth having around.

If you still want to do something about it Here's a recipe i know of several people that use, and it works wonders.

    8 - 9 whole strawberries

    3 tablespoons honey

Using a fork mash strawberries into a pulp, add honey. Mix. Don't over blend or it will be runny. Apply directly to the skin, let sit for a few minutes then rinse off.

Strawberries - The Romans prized wild strawberries for their medicinal properties. Ounce for ounce, strawberries have more Vitamin C than citrus fruit. According to the American Cancer Society, foods rich in Vitamin C may lower the risk of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract. Source: American Cancer Society

Honey is primarily composed of fructose, glucose and water. It also contains other sugars as well trace enzymes, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. Source: Honey Board

Also, a couple of movie stars and singers use Vaseline (Just the pure stuff) 2-3 times a day on their skin by rubbin git right in before they apply makeup.. It firms up the skin....

Usually though the people that worry about such things like their skin apearance, tautness, elasticity, are the ones that don't need it... The most beautiful....

Your beautiful one way or another, from inside, or out, and your your own self, unique, and all, so be who you feel you are. Not who everyone's image is. Be your special self.

Anyone know where I can get a free sample of wrinkle serum or wrinkle cream. I bought some and didn't like it.?

I'd like to try some before I buy it this time because it's not like the stuff is cheap. ThanksAnyone know where I can get a free sample of wrinkle serum or wrinkle cream. I bought some and didn't like it.?
    Hello!

I have had the same problem before and have wasted money as well. That's why I have gone on the hunt for the best free samples out there! Nothing is worse than spending $17-20 on a cream that shows zero results.

There are so many products on today's market and it can be an overwhelming task at times to pick out the right one. Technology has advanced so much over the last few years and now products are combining ingredients such as vitamins, natural extracts, and amino acids to help build the elasticity of your skin. This works from the cell level and repairs damages from oxidative stress. The products are great, but the problem is finding the right one.

That's why I have started going to different makeup counters and sites to see if they are offering any free samples. This way, you can test the product before you fork out the dough. Try visiting actual cosmetic companies sites like Sephora.com or sites that offer free makeup samples such as, 1freestuff.com.

Hope I helped and send me an e-mail if you find anything worth trying! Good luck!

I am 27 years old, and want something for my age to ward off any future wrinkles and lines. Any eddefctive/trustworthy brands?I am looking for an effective anti-ageing face and hand cream with retinol and vitamin C serum.?
I don't like to use retinol products on my hands because I worry about retinol making my skin more vulnerable to sun damage. I'm not that diligent about applying SPF to my hands.

The tricky thing about vitamin C serums is that vitamin C degrades quickly. Stable products w/ high concentration vitamin C I've heard of carry a hefty price tag.

However, I can tell you about a couple of websites I use to research products: http://cosmeticscop.com/ %26amp; http://www.makeupalley.com/

  • What is the best straightening serum/cream?

i have wavy hair. it's actually quite manageable..except when i straighten it, it gets damaged and it doesn't make me happy at all seeing as the split ends will end up looking like highlights if i keep straightening it. ha.

is there a really good straightening serum or cream that you put in your damp hair that will straighten it while leaving no frizz when it dries?

i heard that some won't work unless you straighten it afterwords. my hope is to just get rid of my straightener! can you help me out? What is the best straightening serum/cream?

just use mousse.....any kind that would work for ur hair.

    Need a good hair serum/cream/mousse?

ok so im not really a hair person but i need a good straightening hair product cream or something.

it needs to be affordable and from a drugstore, and my mom's only getting me one

heres the deal: my hair is a little over shoulder length, super thick and frizzy.

its not exactly straight but not exactly curly either. basically its straight but at the ends... it completely curls up. not in a cute way, either. like the whole mass curls back up, it looks ridiculous. sorry if im not making sense, lol.

i straighten my hair everyday with a straightening iron but at the end of the day it starts coming back to the original shape, especially if its humid. i dont like to use hairspray because mine smells nasty, plus makes my hair feel disgusting and really stiff. so please don't recommend hairspray. i was thinking i need a cream or serum to put in my hair, that would de-frizzify it and most importantly make it not stand up at the ends! thanks. i use head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner btw...Need a good hair serum/cream/mousse?

I use V05 Heat Defense conditioning spray

It says on the bottle 24 hour Anti-frizz

Just spray it in your hair when its damp and it should help.

Im not sure how much it is but cant be too much

i get it at walmart so im sure its anywhere.

There also other V05 heat defense products that probly could help

And they smells good too =)

Plus there soppost to help your hair from the heat of the straightner so you be less frizzy even when you dont use it..

Also maybe you need a better straightener.

like a CHI there exspensive but amazing.

Your hair will never stand up at the ends again and you wond need a cream or spray.

Good primer or serum/cream to conceal undereye dark circles?

I heard a lot of people say monistat is good but im scared to use it since its not meant for eyes. What besides the concealer do you guys use to reduce the appearence of eye puffs, darkness, fine lines. I am 21 but i dont like how concealer and foundation sinks in and makes fine line obvious.

I was thinking of Clinique All About Eyes Rich but people say they havent seen any difference.

Make Up For Ever Microperfecting Primer is kind of expensive but i am willing to buy it if its good.

let me know if you guys like any other brands like smashbox, makeup forever, sephora etc..

Bed Head: After party smoothing cream or Control Freak Serum?

which is better to use for frizz ?Bed Head: After party smoothing cream or Control Freak Serum?
control freak serum :pBed Head: After party smoothing cream or Control Freak Serum?
Idk Control Freak is for damp hair before you blow-dry and After-party is a finishing cream to be used on dry hair. So I guess you should choose based on which method usually works the best with your hair.

I use After-party and it's excellent! It definitely silkifys your hair! But I've never tried Control Freak so I can't say which is better.
I say use control freak serum because I have that and it rocks!! And I also think it is better if your hair is dry, but don't use too much or it will start to look oily.
    Control Freak Serum--for sure.

Can i use strivectin serum first then the strivectin cream overtop?

Possibly, put you should test them both seperately first.

Rub a small patch of one into your inner forearm (say the serum) and wait 12 hours and see if you get a reaction. The test the other one (eg the cream), and then test both (serum and crean together, still just on a small patch of arm).

Research shows most women tolerate StriVectin well but there are exceptions, so it is better to test on a smal patch of arm before putting these on your face.

    I would try frizz ease by john freida for coarse hair. It comes in the dark purple bottle. Basically you ring out your hair after you get out of the shower, put the frizz ease in, and then style your hair as usual. If you were going to leave it curly I suggest this product called Curl Power- it comes in a small tub and it's gold and sparkly but of course you can't see that on your hair. It works great. If you are just going to blow dry it straight, get something like a spray from Thermasilk that protects your hair from the blow dryer. Make sure you use a diffuser to blow dry it since you want to make sure you keep as much moisture in that you can.What is the best hair cream/oil/serum for mixed, frizzy hair for everyday use in the Uk?     Speaking from experience %26amp; having tried ALOT of products. I use Keracare. Mixed race hair can be difficult to find products for some ';white'; products are too light %26amp; Some ';black'; products too harsh.This is why im fond of Keracare it caters for the ';in between';

I know the prices are much cheaper in hair shops. I live in London so there are alot of ethnic hairshops...most cities have a selection depending on the area. They tend to be behind the counter, you may have to ask for them.

The following three are the best Cream/Oil %26amp; Serum I have used. I know they are all over 拢10 (in total) but they are so worth it.

Theres also a foam wrap set which i use when im straightening my hair. I apply some and then come my (damp) hair out completely I then blow dry it and it comes out perfectly (coming from someone who is obssesive about any little kink!!). I also use a straightener afterwards. Thats my little routine that works for me ;)

I know these products can be expensive but I suggest getting them gradually, like I did. You don't need to use alot of them. If you do buy them i suggest getting the Foaming wrap and then Essential Oil to begin with, im confident you'll like them.

Another range you might want to investigate is Paul Mitchell. You can get his products from Supercuts %26amp; some selected hairdressers. I use some of his products aswell.

because recently the skin on my upper eyelids has become droopier than it used to be, and i'm just wondering if theres any cream or anything for the eyes that would tighten it back up?Eyelids? eye serum/cream?
No, the eyeshadow won't make your lids droop. But, over time using the sponge applicators can because it pulls/tugs at the skin. Use brushes to apply your makeup; if you don't already.Eyelids? eye serum/cream?
Well I don't think eye shadow would do that, but there are products that can be used to tighten it back up like you want.

What's the difference between a facial serum and a moisturizing cream?

Usually a facial serum has more stuff to it that will basically try to even your skin tone, maintain youth, decrese age spots and so on. A moisturizing cream usually will just moisturize your skin so it doesn't get dry after washing it unless it says other wise. Usually serums have both moisturizing and some of the extra stuff I mentioned. If you wash your face daily and everytime after makeup use, a good moisturizer is all you really need to maintain that healthy skin glow and to slow down the process of wrinkles. I also suggest a moisturizer with a little SPF in it to also slow the age process from the sun exposure, unless you're tanning ofcourse. What's the difference between a facial serum and a moisturizing cream?
as serum is a concentrated formula, and i guess you could call it food for your skin. a moisturizer is just that, a moisturizer. it keeps your skin healthy and from being dry. after you wash your face... use the serum and then your moisturizer. if the cream or lotion doesnt have spf... dont forget to apply one as your last step!

Does Nur76 Lightening Serum and Skin Cream for Face NUR 76 works in people face and how many people have used ?

Success in a skin care regimen will depend not only on product quality, but on your unique skin sensitivity. If one product works for one, it doesn't always mean it will work for you too.

When choosing a good skin lightening cream, make sure it doesn't contain hydroquinone, mercury or steroid. These ingredients can harm skin especially after long term use.

    Drugstores.

I get mine at Target.Where can you buy a heat-protecting serum/creams/sprays for you hair?
I get mine from Sally's and it's a brand called Beyond the Zone. I don't remember what the specific product is called (I'm sure it's something simple like Flat-Iron Protectant or something) and it comes in a little orange bottle with a red pump. I like it because it doesn't weigh my hair down but it helps my hair get straighter. Good luck!
pretty much anywhere. i get mine at target because they have good quality products.

Hi what is the difference between eye serum and eye cream? ?

eye serum versus eye cream is there any difference?Hi what is the difference between eye serum and eye cream? ?
Eye serum contains the ground up outer part of the eye, while eye cream is just thickened vitreous humor.Hi what is the difference between eye serum and eye cream? ?
a serum absorbs into your skin and works from underneath. eye creams just work on the outer epidermis.
    nothing?

What's the difference between Eye Juice and Eye Goobers?
    uh... spelling?
    what is a eye cream?

Why is serum better than a cream for around the eyes?

serums provide more intense enrichment for the skin around the eyes since it's a type of medication. It's way better in delivering the vitamins and minerals because of its form, but it is not a moisturizer. Cream is usually a form of moisturizer.

The best product in that line is called the '; Regenerating Serum'; This goes on before you moisturize ( after you cleanse) and makes your skin feel like velvet. It improves the overall tone and texture of your skin, and prepares it to receive moisture. it is amazing and SO WORTH the money. They also have a money back guarantee so if you use it for the full 30 days and its not working for you it can be returned so you didnt lose anything. You wil not be sorry, its amazing. You can look her up online, she works with celebrities too.
I was given this as a Christmas gift, and have been thrilled with it ever since: Prescriptives Intensive Rebuilding Moisturizer.

It's pricey; however, you only use a teensy amount (like 1/16 tsp.) each time you use, so it winds up being cost effective. I use it maybe 5 times a week, and only use two or three jars a year.

Can anyone recommend a good scar remover cream for face?
i know of a bleaching cream that u can put at night its called';concha nacar'; it bleaches out the scars and doesnt leave bleach marks its like 5 dollars at wal mart. u leave it on for half an hour and u wash it off. its where all the mexican creams r it works. i hope ull try it it worked for me the only thing it smells kind of funny.Has anybody used palmer's scar serum for acne scars? Can anyone recommend a good scar remover cream for face?
try a moisturizer with vitamin e in it that should to the trick or just apply vitamin in cream at night or the pricey options is going to see a spa to get facials, that might help
You can try Mederma, its a scar remover and it sounds less messy than the one you were using.

Also, there's this stuff called Bag Balm, it may sound gross, (its used for chapped utters and stuff.. yes on cows) but it works great! You can buy both of these items at Walgreens, on the same shelf that has all the rest of the face care products. But this bag balm works real good. Rub a little on the scar, massage it into the scar. (you need to wash your face first of course) than put a big glob on the scar and go to bed like that. Yes, some may smear on your pillow, (of course try not to lay on the side where you put it on) but it will also absorb into your skin.

  • When to apply serum or hair cream to straighten hair?

i do not want to blow dry,so do i apply it to dry or wet hair?what gives?thanksWhen to apply serum or hair cream to straighten hair?
On dry hair hon, you usually apply products to damp hair if you are going to blow dry it. Serums etc work best on dry hair, as when the hair is wet it dilutes the product and it doesn't work as well. Most straightening creams are designed to be used in conjunction with blow drying, but not always, there are some products out there that can straighten without that step. When to apply serum or hair cream to straighten hair?
Read the bottle, it's usually dry.

I've got a very similar hair type and found the magic formula to keep in in control. It's a product by Redken (available in salons) called the Fresh Curls Curl Refiner - I use the shampoo and conditioner too, I think it helps . It's a cream that you smooth into wet hair. I just let my hair air dry after it. Sometimes, if I use a diffuser, I also use the Redken Ringlet 07 styling gel to scrunch into my hair. Makes a WORLD of difference!

estee lauder night repair is great and definately worth the money. clarins moisture quenching cream is also great but that is quite expensive too (its around 拢45). the old saying you get what you pay for really does apply here though. if you want something that really works youll have to pay that bit extra.

    hope this helps

It's the Sunsilk. It did that to my hair too. When my hair is wet i put on sunsilk cream for straightening, serum and CHI serum too but my hair feels?
Stop using one for a day and use the other...if it still feels like it has a residue on it, then you know which one it is.
its one of the serum's you're using. probably not the Chi serum - I use that too and my hair feels fine.

$1 at Dollar General Stores (a little more at larger name places) in the black hair care section is a product called SHINE. It comes in a small clear bottle with a black cap and has a slick and silky consistency AND a little goes a VERY long way on lighter textured frizz. PLUS...long time use improves hairs condition. If your hair is coarse, gradually increase the amount til hair feels coated, but NOT greasy. When you learn the right amount, SHINE never weighs down your hair. Sometimes, I use a little less and then spray my wet hair with Pumping Curls, by Loreal, let it get a little absorbed then comb my fingers or a large tooth comb thru and let dry. You can use a hair dryer too, but I don't like them. SHINE will defiantly protect from drying heat, though. Anyway, my hair dries into perfect curls, no matter the weather. If you have time, you can also pull it back when it's wet and let it dry in a knot for really silky, looser curls.

I wouldn't spend the sometimes $10+ on the other stuff recommended. SHINE is the exact same product as some pricier names, but I never see it for more than a couple of bucks.
Frizz ease is one choice but can be a bit pricey, for a cheaper option avon advance techniques serum is quite effective.
Dove has a new one...it is really good.
I work in a salon even though I am not a hairdresser. I have fine naturally curly hair, colored, and my preference for anti frizz (which I've needed a lot of lately!) is a combo of Super Straight smoothing gel and for good curls Instant Recall by Abba. On really humid days I also use the Super Straight shampoo and conditioner by Pureology. It's expensive but worth it and also guards my color! Hope this helps!

Is it okay to use Obagi-C Clarifying serum at night before Obagi night cream?

I have started using the Obagi-C RX system. According to the directions, the Clarifying Serum should be applied in the morning. However, the serum tends to make my face look shiny. I have very fine hair and have been told my ends are all broken help whats the best cream serum?

hey i had the same promblem so trim your ends and i also done a bit of research for my own hair and ill give it to you here are some home remedies which are very good for dry hair. i had dry hair myself but when i tried these tips it was great! they've never been dry again!

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a ';little'; honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Beat up on an Egg: Separate the white of an egg from the yolk, and whip the white thoroughly. Then add 1 tablespoon of water to the yolk and blend until the mixture is creamy. Next, mix the white and yolk together. Wet your hair with warm water, remove the excess moisture, and apply the egg mixture to your scalp with your fingertips. Massage gently until the froth is worked into your scalp, and then rinse the hair with cool water. Keep applying the mixture until it is used up. Continue to rinse until all of the egg is washed away

Go for the Mayo: Heat up one half cup of mayonnaise until it becomes an oily, white goo and apply to dry, unwashed hair. Cover your hair with a plastic bag and leave on for at least 15 minutes. Then, rinse and shampoo thoroughly.

Mix up a Tropical Treat: Mash one over-ripe banana (the blacker, the better) with a mushy, rotten avocado. Massage this exotic puree into your hair and leave on for at least 15 minutes before washing out鈥n the kitchen sink!).

Grab a Cold One. Beer can give your dry hair a healthy sheen. Before you blow-dry or style, use a pump bottle to spray brew onto your hair. The beer will leave your hair shiny and sleek and its odor will disappear quickly.

In addition to using these home remedies regularly to avoid dry hair, try the following preventative measures:

    Avoid overshampooing. Shampooing can wash away the hair's protective oils, so try washing less often and use a mild shampoo labeled ';for dry or damaged hair.';

Condition regularly. Conditioners protect the hair鈥檚 cuticle layer from splitting from the shaft. Pick a conditioner that works well for your hair and use it after every shampoo.

Wear a hat. Too much exposure to wind and sun can leave hair thirsty.

Trim off split ends. The biggest problem caused by dry hair is split ends. Schedule a trim every six to eight weeks to keep fraying ends under control.

Ease up on the heat. Heat (in the form of blow dryers, as well as straightening and curling irons) can quickly dry out hair. Let your hair air dry occasionally. Try using plastic cylinder rollers to straighten hair by wrapping slightly moist hair under and around rollers for about 10 minutes. For curling, try using sponge rollers overnight or sleeping with moist braids.

Don't swim without a cap. Use a rubber cap to protect your hair from the damaging effects of chlorine. If you must forgo a cap, rub a spoonful of olive oil into your hair before diving in.

also heres a very good website which could help you out with all hair problems!

    Good luck!!:)

Another thing is also putting in lotion in your hair after you have gotten out of the shower and you can also put in lotion in hair after you have dried it.

Just rub some lotion on your finger tips and run it through your hair evenly.

Also, something that will help your hair is to take COLDshowers. What most people dont know is that if you take hot showers, the heat gets rid of the oils and other things that your hair needs to be kept healty and shiney.

    Hope this helps!

If this doesnt help just contact me and i can give you more tips for your dry hair!

Smash an avocado and mix with jojoba and peppermint oils. Make sure its really smooth you may want to put it in a food processor with a little water. Then apply some to your scalp and the rest on your hair. Massage for a minute or so then put on a plastic cap. Leave for 15 to 30 minutes. The avocado and jojoba oils will moisterize and the peppermint will stimulate your scalp to loosen any dead skin and open your pores. It will feel great. Your hair will grow better and won't be dry. :)

hope this helped. :)I have very fine hair and have been told my ends are all broken help whats the best cream serum?
Start by trimming the ends and you may not need a serum. However, your hair stylist will be able to steer you to the right serum if you still need one after the trim.
Best cure is to trim your ends.
Henna and Jasmin oil is the best for dry and broken hair.
john frida frizz ease the blur one uits extra strengh. that happened to me and i used thius every day and it made my hair a lot etter and stronger!!
I'd try Bed Head Ego Boost, it's kind of goopy, but its really moisturizing. I have curly frizzy hair, and I straighten my hair a lot, which drys my ends out. I always put the Ego Boost on my ends to keep them moist. It's 14.99 a bottle but it lasts a really long time. Plus it smells fun and fruity
Get the ends trimmed (your hair cannot heal no matter what is used or claims to work) and start using products to help strengthen and prevent breakage. I used to get split ends a lot. I switched to using Suave Biobasics conditioner and I haven't gotten any since. I go months between hair cuts and still minimal breakage occurs by the end of that period. You can ask your stylist what you should use, I just experimented on my own though since what they recommend is usually really expensive stuff and I found something for cheap that is working great.
