Is it possible to remove moles using a spot corrector cream or serum?

I am all against surgery, therefore I am contemplating on mole removal via spot corrector cream such as Fair and Lovely Skin Clarity or Garnier Light Dark Spot Corrector. Would such product work or is there any similar products which you've tried which produces similar results. Is it possible to remove moles using a spot corrector cream or serum?
Those creams won't work on moles. You need surgery to remove it.Is it possible to remove moles using a spot corrector cream or serum?
all a spot corrector is going to do is temporarily bleach the area. it does not remove a mole.

if you are against the 20 minute removal of a mole with a scalpel, talk to a dermatologist about freezing. Freezing isn't quite as effective as a scalpel, but it does work.
I had a mole removed surgically from my back and have a scar because of it now.

I then removed some from my neck using an all natural cream called dermatend and had much better results.

You can see all the pictures and stories on the website bellow that i made to document it all.

Good luck!

PS- You don;t need surgery like the other answer says!! but no, those spot correctors will not work as they are not made for that
