I highly suggest rosehip seed oil. I have seen many people who have had major acne scars have them go away completley after using rosehip seed oil. However if you are still having break outs I recommend, using a product found at www.vitacost.com it is called NSI PREVANTIN look it up and read the customer reviews. As in they turn into black heads? If this is the problem, then you can go to any store and get a blackhead remover, which looks like a small tool sort of thing, that you just push over your blackheads. You could also try a Mint Jalupe mask which helps dry up breakouts. Whenever I get a pimple or breakout, I just apply the mask to the area that is affected, and leave it on until it drys. This works GREAT. You can get this mask very cheaply at any Wal Mart or store.
Papaya kojic or licorine base soaps/creams

lemon juice and cucumber juice(crush the cucumber with the skin on)
use a mild skin lightening soap (black licorice soap) and/or dermaline skin whitening cram to lighten the dark pigmentations; and a high spf sunscreen to prevent further darkening of skin/spots..

For a temporary solution you could use - zenmed's botanical acne mask but you could also go in for a permanent and long term solution by using their scars and hyperpigmentation treatment kit. The price difference between the two would be around $30. Both work very well!
